BlueConic is a Customer Data Platform built for marketers that harnesses the data required to power the recognition of an individual at each interaction, and then synchronizes their intent across the marketing ecosystem. The two key pillars of our value stem from a data management approach that allows you to identify the unique person, whether known or anonymous, as well as distribute all of the insight about that person to other systems that will also power interactions so that they can be absolutely the most recent and relevant possible. BlueConic reduces the barriers to individualized digital marketing by solving for the two critical elements of achieving that ambition: recognizing that person whenever, wherever she interacts with the brand and synchronizing that information across the entire marketing ecosystem. To achieve this, BlueConic has a direct native data collection capability to collect data on the individual level across digital interactions; for instance, on one or more websites or mobile applications -  in addition to dozens of out of the box integrations with ESPs, CRM systems, etc. The flexibility of BlueConic’s user data collection truly sets it apart as it captures any user action on digital channels: views, clicks, swipes, likes and shares, directly as they happen. Stored serverside in an individual profile in a big data database (built on Apache Cassandra), BlueConic gets to know the individual with every encounter. All profiles are shared across all 1st party channels (websites, mobile applications etc) on which BlueConic is active.
