TapEvent integrates with Marketo in various ways.
You can integrate Marketo forms inside TapEvent apps. This allows you to provide event registration inside the app, and at the same time manage your registrations in Marketo.
Marketo forms can also be integrated in TapEvent apps, to capture leads. Forms can be linked to content such as sponsors, exhibitors or products.
Lead capturing with Marketo integration
Leads captured inside TapEvent apps can automatically be pushed to Marketo through the Marketo API. This includes active leads and passive leads.
- Active leads are users that expressed their interest for a company, product or service inside the app.
- Passive leads are created with in-app user scoring, based on the user activity in the app such as viewing content and usage of the “Personal Conference bag”. With the Marketo API integration, you can capture users interests inside your event app, and automatically push these leads to Marketo for further follow-up.
